Our core offering is a private residential program for adults. It provides full-time, on-site support that combines evidence-informed practitioner-led practice with holistic and nature-based modalities.
How the program works
The program runs in five stages: a confidential enquiry, an intake conversation, an individualized program plan, the residential stay itself, and a transition into continuing support.
A private conversation about what is happening, what has been tried, and what support is needed now. No pressure and no scripts.
A structured intake conversation covering substance use, mental health, trauma history, health considerations, and current safety. It decides whether residential programming here is the right fit.
Goals, modalities and pacing are set together with you, and revisited as the stay progresses.
Living on site with a predictable daily rhythm: one-to-one sessions, group work, holistic and nature-based practice, rest, and time to reflect.
Planning for what comes next: community supports, ongoing community supports, and coordination with providers already involved.
Days are structured, with room to breathe. A typical rhythm blends program sessions, group work, movement and time outdoors, meals shared with the community, and deliberate quiet. Structure is part of the program. It lowers the daily decision load so attention can go to the work itself.

Food, movement, and recovery
Alongside the program week, residents eat meals made on site, use the fitness room, and have access to cold water plunge on the covered deck. These parts of the day support the program work by rebuilding sleep, appetite, and physical routine.

Movement and physical wellness
Exercise is part of the daily routine here because rebuilding a body that has been under strain supports everything else: sleep, appetite, mood, and the ability to sit with difficult feelings. The on-site fitness room is available through the week, so strength work and movement become a habit that continues after the stay ends.

Program questions
Halo Ridge Recovery is a private residential recovery program. We are not a hospital, medical facility, or licensed treatment centre. We do not provide medical care, detox or withdrawal management, prescribing, or diagnosis. Where those services are needed, we can help connect you with a third-party provider so support starts sooner rather than later.
That is exactly what a first conversation is for. We will be honest about fit, including when another level of support makes more sense.
