How our team works

Trauma-informed by default

Everyone on site, in every role, works in a way that prioritises safety, predictability, and choice.

Small and personal

A private residential setting means people are known by name and their plan is held by people who actually see them each day.

Honest about limits

If Halo Ridge is not the right fit, we say so and help point toward support that is.

Meet the team before you commit

A confidential consultation is a chance to ask who you would be working with and how they work.
